#5 Muskegon defeated neighboring #6 Mona Shores on the road 35-24
Central Florida QB commit Ladarius Jefferson broke a 7-7 tie and erupted in the with 4 total touchdowns to give the Muskegon Big Reds a 11 point win. 12k people attended.
Unranked but unbeatens Wyandotte Roosevelt beat Gibraltar Carlson 24-20
Both teams entered the game 7-0 and with the Downriver League title up for grabs, Carlson quickly led 13-0 and 20-3 in the 2nd quarter, but Wyandotte Roosevelt behind QB Richie Miller who had 2 TD passes and some key 1st pass down passes - would score 21 straight points in front of a record high attendance over nearly 3.5k fans.

Eisenhower is #3 in the state, but has had injuries pile up - but they won comfortably over Warren Mott 42-7 to win arguably the toughest division in the state outright.
Also in the MAC Red, both Romeo and Dakota have been in and out of the top 25 this year but Romeo made a statement with 61-33 win.

At 3 pm #1 Cass Tech and #2 King meet at Northwestern High. Arguably the state's top rivalry is the best 2 teams in Michigan so it will be a great game and the winner plays East English Village next Friday at Ford Field for the City Championship before the playoffs.
