Belleville 2019 WR/CB Julian Barnett has committed to Michigan State

Belleville 2019 WR/CB Julian Barnett gave the coaching staff at Michigan State and early Christmas present by committing to the Spartans on Friday morning.

Barnett who is one of the top players in the Class of 2019 joins an impressive duo of in-state prospects who are committed already to MSU. Elite recruits, Spencer Brown and Dwan Mathis have already pledged to the Spartans.

Barnett is a smooth, explosive, and athletic receiver and defensive back who simply does it all for his high school program, Belleville.

Barnett's skills translate over well to the college level as he could be a receiver or defensive back at any college in the Country.

Barnett announced his decision by saying, "My family and I had some decisions to make and now that it's done I'd love to share it with you because there's only one school I can choose so I know at the end of the day it will be the best decision in my life!"

Barnett held 21 offers at the time of his commitment, his previous 3 offers were: Alabama, Clemson, and Ohio State.
