Country Day 2018 LB Kolin Demens has decommitted from UCLA
Country Day 2018 LB Kolin Demens has decommitted from UCLA on Monday just several days after Chip Kelly took over the Bruins.
Demens over the weekend informed The D Zone that despite being a Bruins commit he had yet to hear from Kelly.
Demens announced his decision over Twitter and cited due to the coaching change that he is re-opening his recruiting process.
Kolin Demens held 12 offers at the time he committed to UCLA.

8/23/2017: Demens is a freak athlete and is the perfect OLB for a team looking for a stud. Kolin's older brother, Kenny Demens played at Michigan so naturally, people compare the two, but Kolin has served up his own reputation as of the states top recruits.
College interest: A year and a half ago, Nebraska was the first school to offer Demens during his sophomore off-season. Schools like; Michigan, UCLA, Michigan State, Kentucky, Missouri, etc. have offered Demens, but it seems like it is a matter of time before he is committed to UCLA unless something new emerges his senior year
