Detroit Denby 2020 DT Jermaine Trammel recruiting update

Detroit Denby 2020 DT Jermaine Trammell has enjoyed being one of the top sophomores in the state.

At 6-foot-1, 280 pounds Trammell has a huge frame that college coaches have loved about him so far at the Defensive Tackle position.

Trammell has already received three Division 1 offers from Minnesota, Western Kentucky, and Northern Arizona.

“My recruiting has gone really well so far. I have three Division 1 offers already early in my career,” says Trammell.

There’s s couple other schools that have reached out to try and get the skilled sophomore on campus and Central Michigan University is one of them.

“I’m going to go up and visit CMU on March 24th. I’m excited for it.”

The summer between your sophomore year and junior year is often the most critical for a high school athlete in the recruiting process to get their name out to coaches and Trammell is looking forward to the opportunity.

“I look forward to blowing up this summer on and off the field and getting faster and smarter and getting ready for a fantastic junior year.”

Trammell has three offers but with already getting a Big Ten offer he could be seeing some big “Power 5” schools reaching out for offers throughout this summer and fall.
